Terms of Service

2. Acceptable Use

Everything not prohibited by this Section or the geographic restriction in Section 3 is permitted.

2.1 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Zero tolerance. You may not use the Service for the production, possession, distribution, advertisement, solicitation, or access of child sexual abuse material, or any computer-generated or AI-generated equivalent. You may not use the Service to groom, sexually solicit, or sexually extort a minor, or to arrange or facilitate sexual contact with a minor, whether or not any material is exchanged. Violation results in immediate and permanent termination of every related Account, without refund.

2.2 Terrorism and Violent Extremism

You may not use the Service for the planning, financing, material support, coordination, incitement, or recruitment of terrorism or violent extremism.

2.3 Violence for Hire

You may not use the Service to solicit, offer, arrange, or pay for the murder, kidnapping, torture, or maiming of any person.

2.4 Ransomware and Extortion

You may not use the Service as infrastructure for ransomware or extortion. This includes ransomware-as-a-service operations and their affiliates, initial-access brokering, victim contact and negotiation channels, data-leak (name and shame) sites and their coordination, and multi-stage extortion that pairs encryption with data-leak or DDoS threats.

2.5 Malware and Phishing

You may not use the Service to distribute malware, exploits, or payloads. You may not use it for command and control, for phishing or credential harvesting, or for phishing kits. You may not use it to impersonate a brand or a domain, or as a dead drop for exfiltrated data.

2.6 Spam

You may not use the Service to send spam: bulk or commercial mail to people who did not ask for it, including mail to bought, scraped, or harvested lists.

2.7 Illegal Drug and Arms Trade

You may not use the Service to operate, coordinate, advertise, or transact the illegal drug or arms trade, including the trafficking of firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

2.8 Weapons of Mass Destruction

You may not use the Service for the development, acquisition, or transfer of chemical, biological, nuclear, or radiological weapons, their precursors or delivery systems, or of materials or technology intended for them.

2.9 Human Trafficking

You may not use the Service for human trafficking or the exploitation of any person, including forced labor, sexual exploitation, trafficking in persons for organ removal, and the purchase or sale of human organs.

2.10 No Political Use

The Service is not a platform for politics. You may not use it for political campaigning, lobbying, electioneering, or organizing. You may not use it to promote or oppose any candidate, party, government, or cause. You may not use it to solicit votes, donations, or membership.

2.11 No Attacks on the Service

You may not attempt to disrupt, degrade, overload (including by denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service), probe, scan, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service or its protections, including the detection system in Section 3. You may not attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or data, and you may not abuse Service resources. Violation results in immediate and permanent termination.

2.12 Enforcement

Any violation of this Section or of Section 3 results in immediate and permanent termination, without warning and without refund. The decision is ours and is final.

3. Geographic Use Restriction

3.1 Restricted Regions

You may not use the Service to register, verify, recover, or operate accounts on services based in, operated from, or oriented toward the countries of the former Soviet Union, the CIS, or BRICS. That includes receiving their registration, verification, password-reset, or notification mail at a Service address.

3.2 The West

The EU, the US, the UK, and the rest of the Western world are exactly what the Service is for. Go as hard as you like. No limits beyond Section 2.

4. Private Domains

4.1 What You Buy

We are not a domain registrar. When you order a Private Domain, we purchase it from an accredited third-party registrar and register it in our name, not yours. You are not the registrant of the domain and acquire no ownership interest or other right in it. What you buy is prepaid access, through the Service, to email addressed to the domain. Nothing else is included in your purchase.

4.2 Our Role

We register the domain and set up and maintain the routing needed for email addressed to it to reach you through the Service, for as long as your access remains paid. We use reasonable efforts to keep that access working. We do not guarantee that the domain will resolve, remain registered, or continue to receive email. Our role with respect to the domain ends there.

4.3 Email Only

The domain is provided for email and for no other purpose. We do not host a website, a landing page, or any other content on it. Because the domain is registered to us, we do not act on any request concerning its registration. We will not transfer the domain, release a transfer or authorization code, change the registrant, or hand over control of the domain, regardless of whether the request comes from you or from a third party.

4.4 No Liability

We do not control what happens to a domain. A registrar, registry, court, or other authority may at any time suspend a domain, place it on clientHold, serverHold, or any other status, block it, seize it, or delete it. A domain may also stop receiving email for other reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any of this, or for any email that is lost, delayed, or undelivered as a result. You have no claim against us in connection with any domain, its status, or its continued operation. Fees paid for a domain and the related mail access are non-refundable, as are all other payments under these Terms.

4.5 Renewal

Renewing a Private Domain is your responsibility. We renew the registration only after we receive your renewal payment, and renewal takes time to process. Pay at least one month, and preferably two, before the registration expires. The expiration date of each Private Domain is shown in the Service. Renewal is charged at the current price shown in the Service, which may differ from what you paid before. We may send renewal reminders as a courtesy. A missing reminder does not excuse a late payment.

If your payment arrives late, the domain may expire. An expired domain can stop receiving email at once. For a limited time after expiration, restoring the domain may still be possible, at an additional restore fee that we quote to you, which you must pay in full before we attempt restoration. The restore fee pays for the attempt, not the outcome. Restoration is not guaranteed. The restore fee is non-refundable whether or not restoration succeeds. A domain that is not restored is released and may be registered by a third party. Section 3.4 applies to all of the above.

5. Outgoing Email

5.1 How It Is Sent

Outgoing email is sent through a layered system. Third-party relays form the first layer and carry mail whenever they are available. Their deliverability is the highest we can obtain, and we rotate across several independent relays. Our own SMTP infrastructure forms the second layer and takes over when the relays are unavailable. Its deliverability is lower. Which layer carries any given message is decided by us and may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee delivery of outgoing mail on either layer.

5.2 What It Is For

Outgoing email exists so you can operate the accounts you register through the Service. That includes completing KYC and identity verification with a third-party service, sending it the documents and confirmations it asks for, corresponding with it about registration, onboarding, access, or a demo, and dealing with its support about an account held on a Service address. These are examples, not an exhaustive list. Any use not prohibited by Section 5.3 is permitted.

5.3 What It Is Not For

You may not use outgoing email for anything prohibited by Section 2 or Section 3. In addition, you may not use outgoing email to send or distribute pornography or any other sexually explicit material, in any form, including but not limited to images, video, audio, text, links, and attachments. Violation results in immediate and permanent termination, without warning and without refund.

5.4 If the Relays Are Lost

By default, every plan from Basic upward sends through the third-party relays. If bad senders cost us relay access, we may reserve the remaining relay capacity for the Premium and Ultra plans and move every other plan onto our own SMTP infrastructure. Any such change may be made at any time and without notice.

6. Payments, Liability, and Termination

6.1 Payments

Top-ups are one-way and final. All payments are non-refundable.

6.2 Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided as is, with no guarantees of any kind. We are not liable for lost or undelivered mail, downtime, or lost data. You use the Service at your own risk.

6.3 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, immediately and without refund, for any violation.

7. Account Access

7.1 Your Credentials

The Service has no password reset and no account recovery of any kind. Support does not restore access to an Account and does not transfer an Account to anyone. There is no appeal, no review, and no exception. Keeping your password, your authenticator, and your recovery codes is your responsibility alone. If you lose them, you lose the Account and everything in it, permanently. Everything done through the Account is your responsibility, whether or not you did it.

7.2 No Refund for Lost Access

Losing access to the Account does not entitle you to a refund, a credit, or a replacement. We do not move anything out of an Account you cannot reach, including balance, plan time, mailboxes, and domains. Section 6.1 applies.
